Ingredients

  • 8oz. Conch- Diced/ Blanched
  • 2oz. Pineapple- Diced
  • 2oz. Tomatoes- Diced
  • 1oz. Red Onion- Diced
  • 1/2oz. Jalepeno –Diced
  • 2 bn. Scallion- Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro- Chopped
  • 1oz. Coconut Jelly- Diced
  • 4oz. Coconut Milk
  • 2oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 2oz. Lime Juice
  • 2oz. Orange Juice
  • 2oz. Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients- Marinate ½ hour
