Grilled Salmon with Pink Peppercorn Sauce at Krave

The incredible Chef Dominique Beens of Krave Resturant (Marabella, Trinidad) gave us a peek into the Krave kitchen. We were able to catch him making this luscious but healthy grilled Salmon dish and we have the recipe to share with you to try at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ocean Delight Pink Salmon Portion 7-9 oz
  • 1 Fennel Stalk
  • 1 Medium Purple Sweet Potato
  • 1 Cartoon Anchor Whipped Cream
  • Paprika Powder, Salt, Peppercorn Seeds, Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Grilled Salmon

  • Season Salmon with salt and black pepper
  • Place on Grill and cook evenly on either side for 2 ½ minutes

Grilled Fennel

  • Season Fennel with salt, black pepper and olive oil
  • Place on Grill and cook evenly on either side for 2 ½ minutes

Peppercorn Sauce

  • Place 1/ cup of Anchor Whipping Cream to a sauce pan add paprika powder, salt, peppercorn seeds and black pepper to taste.
  • Stir all ingredients together and serve hot.

 Purple Sweet Potato

  • Peel potatoes
  • Cut in round slices
  • Boil for five minutes
  • Serve Hot
