Parmesan Crusted Lobster

Chef Mohammed of Chaud is preparing a party favourite – Parmesan Crusted Lobster! Thankfully, this recipe is an easy one and can be used to pull out all the stops and have your guests in awe of your culinary skill.The garlic and parmesan crust also gives it that special touch. We are using Ocean Delight’s 8oz Lobster Tail. All the ingredients and instructions are available at Trinitrolley.com

INGREDIENTS
  • 8oz Lobster Tail
  • 1ea Egg scrambled
  • 1cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2tbsp Garlic Purée
  • 2tbsp Chadon Beni
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix panko, parmesan, garlic, Chadon Beni, zest, salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Add egg mixture and mix well.
  3. Place on a plate and cool.
  4. Cut lobster down the centre, pull the meat out of the shell but do not detach from the shell.
  5. Season lobster meat with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Place parmesan crust on top of lobster meat.
  7. Place in oven at 400F and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove and serve hot.
