Ocean Delight caught up with Executive Chef Dominique Beens, of Krave Restuarant, located in the Tarouba Plaza, Marabella. Krave is a welcomed addition to the growing number of eateries and activities in this bustling town. Serving a variety of dishes including Sushi, Krave Resturant has exploded onto the scene since its doors opened in late 2014.

The meat of conchs is eaten raw in salads, or cooked, as in fritters, chowders, curries, gumbos, and burgers. All parts of the conch meat are edible. Some people, however, find only the white meat appetizing.
