  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 8 16-20 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 ea. green and yellow bell peppers (sliced)
  • 2oz diced tomatoes 
  • 2oz sliced red onion 
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 4tbsp white wine
  • 1tbsp chopped cilantro 
  • 1tbsp butter 
  • 1tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1oz capers 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


      1. Heat medium skillet on medium-high heat for 3-5 mins.
      2. Add olive oil and shrimp, cook shrimp for 2mins on each side then set aside.
      3. Add peppers, red onion and garlic to the hot skillet, cook for 3mins stirring occasionally. 
      4. Add capers, white wine and tomato sauce, let simmer on medium heat until reduced by half.
      5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
      6. Finish by stirring in butter and cilantro.
      7. Serve immediately. Served with toasted bread of your choice.
