Pan Seared Salmon with Orange Sauce

We are using Ocean Delights 8oz Chilean Salmon Portion. All the ingredients and instructions are available via the Trini Trolley website.



  • 1 Chilean Salmon Portion
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cajun Powder

Orange Sauce:

  • 3oz Cooking Cream
  • 2oz Orange Concentrate (Party Mix)


  1. Season both sides of the salmon.
  2. In a saucepan add butter and pan sear salmon on each side for 3 mins.
  3. Mix orange sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Pour over salmon and let simmer for 2 minutes.
