24 Apr Sauteed Shrimp in Herb Sauce
- lb Extra Jumbo Peeled & Deveined Shrimp 16-20
- 3oz Cooking Cream
- 2oz Tomato Sauce
- 1oz Onion
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 oz Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Saute the shrimp with the butter in a saucepan.
- Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce, cooking cream and let reduce for 3 minutes.
- Add spinach and toss all ingredients, simmer for 1 minute.
- Serve hot
