Executive Chef Dwight Liquorish of Taste Vinoteca Restaurant prepares a quick and spicy white fish ceviche matched with sweet potato chips for a juxtaposing taste-bud texture.

We are using Ocean Delight’s 20oz Popcorn White Fish.



  • 20 oz. white fish (diced)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro 
  • 1 tbsp. diced red onion 
  • 1/2c orange juice 
  • 1/4c lime juice 
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste 


    1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
    2. Served with sweet potato chips
